Molly + Coby | Idaho Engagement Photographer

I loved hanging out with these two.

Molly and Coby finally had a free weekend — no rodeo on the schedule, which honestly doesn't happen often — so we squeezed in their engagement session before the last of the fall color disappeared. And let me tell you, it is RARE to find a cowboy who actually loves getting his picture taken with his favorite cowgirl. Coby was all in.

He twirled her until her boots nearly left the ground. She stole his hat. He stole a kiss — or three. We started in the aspens at peak gold, her in a white dress, denim vest, and boots, him in his cowboy hat, plaid pearl-snap, jeans, and a trophy buckle. Halfway through she changed into a navy sweater and jeans and we wandered out into the tall grass, where they sat knee-to-knee tucking wildflowers into a back pocket while the sun went down.

Sessions like this are why I do what I do. No timeline, no pressure — just two people who clearly adore each other and a landscape showing off.
